This booking is for your telehealth medical consultation as part of our program. During your evaluation our medical provider will assess your health, goals and determine the best treatment plan for you. Your prescription medication will be shipped directly to you following your evaluation. This program includes both the consultation and the prescribed medication for a full 11-weeks.

By scheduling this consult there is a $50 non-refundable deposit for no calls, no shows, and rescheduling outside of 24 hours.
